How do I care for my candle?

For optimum use and to prevent your candle from tunneling, always burn an even wax pool across the surface of the candle. Trim down your wick to ¼ inch before each burn. Never burn for longer than four hours at a time. Do Not leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of children or pets. Discontinue use when there is .5 inch of wax remaining. Wash jar to re-use or recycle.

To prevent wax tunnelling, burn the candle until the wax has melted and pooled to the edge. Use the lid to extinguish the flame. Allow candle to solidify before re-lighting.

How do I stop my candle from tunneling?

Your candle can tunnel if you extinguish the flame before its optimal burn time, leaving excess wax around the outside. This excess wax means you won't be able to enjoy the maximum burn potential of your candle. If your candle starts to tunnel, burn for the maximum 4 hours so the outside wax can melt down.

How do I reuse my jar/ How do i clean out my jar?

To properly clean your jars, first remove any additional wax on the inside by placing the glass jar in the freezer for 10-15 mins, the wax should pop out. You can either hand wash with warm soapy water or or place in the dishwasher.

You can reuse your glass with confidence as we DO NOT use any synthetic waxes, synthetic fragrances, or chemical colorants in our candles.

My Wax Melts are sweating, Help!

If you notice small beads of oil on the top of your coconut wax metls, this is called sweating. This is normal with natural waxes and will not affect the quality of your wax melts. Sweating is very common with natural waxes and is a pretty good indicator that the product is natural. Coccunt waxes are very sensitive to extreme temperature changes, please keep your wax melts away from direct sunlight.

How do I clean the wax out my Wax Melt Warmer?

To clean out remaining wax from your warmer, absorb with a cotton ball and dispose. If your wax warmer has a removable tray, you can place the removable tray in the freezer for 10-15 mins, until solid, and the wax should pop out.

Due to the nature of our products, all products are Final Sale and not eligible for exchange, return, or refunds.
